Rexton® roller chains have a wider waist design compared to standard ANSI/BS chains. This improves stress distribution and higher shock absorption—reducing the risk of fatigue failures.

Solid Roller & Bush Construction

Our chains feature a solid bush and roller instead of curled alternatives to enhance chain integrity and wear resistance. This results in smoother engagement and longer operational life.

Interference Fits

Pins and plates, including connecting links, are precisely press-fitted to eliminate internal movement and increase fatigue strength. This design provides superior load transfer between components and prevents micro-movements that lead to wear.

Manufacturing Process

To ensure optimal strength, durability, and precision, our roller chains are manufactured with the following advanced processes:

Cold Rolling

Enhances surface finish and dimensional consistency of plates and components.

Annealing

Relieves internal stresses to improve structural integrity and resistance to fatigue.

Shot Peening

Key components are shot peened to eliminate surface stresses, significantly improving fatigue life and resistance to crack initiation.

Pre-Stressing

Each chain undergoes pre-stressing to eliminate run-in elongation, ensuring dimensional stability from the start of operation.

Heavy Duty Series

Our standard series chains are also available in heavy-duty variants, built to withstand higher shock and fatigue loads. These feature thicker side plates equivalent to the next size up in standard ANSI/BS roller chains, delivering superior strength.

Straight Sidebar Chain

The Straight Sidebar Chain is another variation to our Standard Series, designed to offer higher shock resistance and greater load capability.
