Leaf Chain

Rexton® leaf chains are built for lifting and counterweight applications where strength, simplicity, and durability matter. With only plates and pins, these chains run over sheaves, not sprockets, making them ideal for vertical motion systems like forklift masts, hoists, and industrial doors.

Construction & Types

Each chain is made from interlinked plates and hardened pins, ensuring high tensile strength and smooth movement under load.
We offer two standard types:

  • AL Series:
    Uses ANSI G8 roller chain plate dimensions; lightweight and compact for moderate loads.
  • BL Series:
    Thicker, wider plates for higher load capacity; based on next-size-up ANSI G8 specs.
